Honey Butter Fried Chicken Chef Christine Cikowski and TriBecca's Cubano Chef Becca Grothe will create a family-style dinner in Travelle’s kitchen. A cocktail hour meet-and-greet begins at 6pm for guests to mingle and sip libations.
Following the cocktail hour, the four-course, family-style dinner continues with guests seated at communal tables in Travelle’s elegant wine cellar to witness the chefs working in the glass-enclosed show kitchen side-by-side with Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko. The meal commences at 7 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres from Travelle and two signature dishes from the visiting chefs. The meal concludes with dessert from Travelle Pastry Sous Chef Danielle Marelli.
Ten percent of the night’s proceeds for Chefs Christine and Becca’s dinner will benefit the JBF Women's Leadership Programs: committed to advancing women in the culinary industry by helping them to break through the “gastro-ceiling” and ultimately achieve parity for women in industry.
