The Magnificent Mile offers many options for sweets and treats, as well as a great way to explore the city, and here are a few of my favorites!

Eataly
Eataly offers a variety of Italian desserts ranging from gelato to pastries. Staff prepare their pastries fresh every day in their own in-house pastry kitchen from recipes by Katia Delogu, Eataly’s pastry chef. Their best-selling pastry is the Tiramisu Classico- which let me tell you, is pretty delicious! Next, my personal favorite, the gelato bar! Eataly offers a 20-flavor gelato bar made from local milk and the best ingredients from Italy and the USA. Eataly also offers two options for everyone’s favorite Sicilian treat, the cannoli! Fill to order either chocolate-dipped or plain cannoli’s, which are both irresistible! The authenticity, high quality, and love and passion that goes into making the desserts is evident within the first bite of any treat!

Dylan's Candy Bar
It’s everyone’s childhood dream! Walking into Dylan’s Candy Bar is like transporting yourself into the modern-day version of Willy Wonka’s factory. Dylan’s Candy Bar offers everything from chocolate-covered gummy bears (one of their best sellers) to fudge to candy from the 90’s! Dylan’s Candy Bar even offers private label products that include not only candy but clothing and novelty items as well! Stan's Donuts
Contrary to the name of this iconic Chicago donut shop, Stan’s also offers ice cream and milkshakes in addition to donuts! Stan’s Donut’s bakes their donuts fresh every day in their Wicker Park Commissary to guarantee, as Stan’s put it themselves, a “whimsical” donut each time! Their regular Glazed donut is a fan favorite, by far! “It is a classic that in a way presents the true test of any donut shop. There’s no fancy flavors or decorations to hide behind, and we think we’ve done it well! Our customers seem to agree!” says Jon Becker, Stan’s Donuts Social Media and Marketing Event’s Coordinator. Stan’s is a place where people go to treat themselves or people they care for, and the entire experience of the local donut shop is a treat in itself! This family-run donut shop is the perfect destination to satisfy your donut needs.

Garrett's Popcorn
Pop! Pop! Pop! And stop by Garrett’s for Chicago’s favorite popcorn! You cannot walk down The Magnificent Mile without the scent of Garrett’s caramel inviting you into the popcorn shop. Garret’s offers a variety of popcorn flavors, but Chicago’s favorite by far is the Garrett Mix. The famous mix includes The Garrett’s family secret of real cheddar cheese and buttery caramel that will leave your tummy full and your heart delighted!
