The Lake House Food & Drinks
The Lake House offers three mouth-watering combo platters, each served with a refreshing milkshake dessert and fantastic drinks. The drink menu consists of hand-crafted cocktails, perfect for a hot summer day.
Entrees
The Boil: Fried calamari & easy peel shrimp, potato, corn, sausage, onions, lemon, horseradish cocktail sauce, drawn butter, served with house made salt & vinegar chips.
The Seafood Steamer: Shrimp, mussels, clams, lobster, potato, corn, sausage, horseradish cocktail sauce, drawn butter, served with house made salt & vinegar chips.
The Backyard BBQ for Two: Chicken, pork ribs & beef brisket, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, served with sweet hawaiian rolls.

Fish Bowl: Finlandia, Giffard Blue Curacao, Giffard Orgeat, SelvaRey coconut rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, Sprite.
Salty Dog: Absolut Elyx, grapefruit juice, simple syrup.

In addition to our daily menu, we offer weekend specials to enhance your palette! Check out our “Summer Specialty Weekends” Thursday-Sunday at Columbus Tap, located in the heart of the lobby.
Thursday Trivia Night 6-8.p.m: Half price appetizers during trivia and DJ set.
Fish Fry Friday: Fried lake trout, coleslaw, french fries, lemon, house tartar sauce. Pricing starts at $30 per person.
Prime Rib Night Saturday: Salt crusted prime rib, horseradish cream, mashed potato, steamed vegetables, Yorkshire pudding. Pricing starts at $56 per person.
Lobster Night Sunday: Steamed whole lobster, potato, corn, drawn butter, house tartar sauce. Pricing starts at $48 per person.

Summer Programming & Entertainment
The Lake House at Fairmont Chicago is hosting exciting events June through September such as: Yacht Excursions, Picnic Baskets, Fairmont Market Days, Summer Grilling Series, Movie Nights and more.
The Lake House also has loads of entertainment right in the lobby! Battle at cornhole, play putt-putt golf, swing on a porch swing, grab fun photo ops and listen to live music with friends and family.

Looking for a unique shopping experience? Head over to the Fairmont Lake House to shop over 20 local artisanal partners, who offer the best of Chicago. Vintage home goods, décor, jewelry, paintings and fashion will be displayed and for sale.
