Enjoy the last fleeting days of summer with two scheduled Meet Me on The Mile Thursday Plaza Picnics at Pioneer Court, located just north of the Chicago River. Enjoy sweeping views of the Chicago Skyline, including the iconic Wrigley Building, while meeting friends after work or enjoying a meal out with family while taking in the evening's lineup of entertainment. Picnic attendees should plan to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets for Pioneer Court or sit along the many benches in the newly renovated Tribune Tower Plaza. Guests are encouraged to bring in picnic meals from nearby establishments or dine onsite with select food trucks. Picnic nights will also feature live, interactive group games for all ages.
