    BMO Harris Bank presents an immersive virtual reality experience at the BMO Dome, inviting visitors to “Show their Light” by writing a holiday message using Virtual Reality (VR) headsets that will be projected on the 30’ tent. The BMO Harris Bank Kids Zone tent will have larger-than-life games provided by the Chicago Toy and Game Fair, along with free face painting. And this year the first 1,000 kids that stop by the Kids Zone will get a free Hubert bank with an opportunity to earn up to $50 from BMO Harris Bank for their savings account.  Details are provided with Hubert bank.

    Attendees can stop at one of the three BMO Helper Tents where BMO volunteers and local concierge are ready to answer any questions.

    BMO Harris Bank will once again host the all-time favorite mascot float.  Benny the Bull, Tommy Hawk, Southpaw, IceHog’s Hammy, Willy the Wildcat and the Milwaukee Bucks Bango will get the crowd going!  Also appearing again this year, is the 35-foot Hubert inflatable balloon. BMO Harris Bank will continue with its annual Community Float and Double Decker Bus which this year will be hosting some of Chicago’s finest heroes along with youth from neighborhoods such as Back of the Yards, Englewood, and Lawndale.

  • 93-9 MYFM

    It’s 93-9 MYFM, Chicago’s Christmas music station along with their friends from Entenmann’s! This year’s float combines two favorites for all Chicagoans – holiday music and sweet baked goods from Entenmann’s! When MYFM isn’t playing your favorite holiday music, you can hear the Best variety from the 80s to now for Chicago! Stars from today like Maroon 5, Adele and Taylor Swift along with the biggest artists of all time like Bon Jovi, Madonna and Journey. It’s Chicago’s 93-9 MYFM and Entenmann’s, everybody’s got a favorite!

    Angelo Gelato Italiano is sharing passion and love of gelato making this holiday season at The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival.

  • Brookfield Zoo

    Brookfield Zoo presents Holiday Magic, Chicago area’s largest lights festival!

    Brookfield Zoo’s float is inspired by the amazing experiences you’ll have during the zoo’s annual Holiday Magic event in December. The giant polar bear in the center represents all the animals you’ll meet during Holiday Magic, including polar bears, reindeer, and snow leopards. The lighted trees on the side of the float represent the spectacular lighting displays you can see when you enjoy the zoo’s park-like setting during Holiday Magic. Brookfield Zoo’s float is also accompanied by giant holiday light bulbs, representing the over one million twinkling lights at Holiday Magic.

    At Holiday Magic you can also enjoy caroling to the animals, larger than life light displays, a huge Talking Tree, ice carvers, and much more.

    Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is a not-for-profit organization that coordinates organ and tissue donation and educates the public about donation in Illinois and northwest Indiana. Riding on the float are the families of Chris Lenzini and D’Anthony Fryerson, both of whom turned tragedy into triumph by being organ and tissue donors. Jacob Lenzini is helping Gift of Hope spread the word that the Drive for Life Act was signed into law, allowing 16- and 17-year-olds to register to be organ and tissue donors, beginning January 1, 2018.

    The photos  on the float represent families and their loved ones who gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. What an amazing gift!
