Have you ever dreamed of performing in front of a whole city? Are you tired of playing in venues that smell like old beer? 360 CHICAGO is celebrating World Music Day by hosting acoustic sets from Chicago artists at the top of the John Hancock Center.
Looking for Chicago-based musicians to prove once and for all that The Windy City has the most dynamic music scene in the world. If selected, you'll be given the opportunity to perform a 30-60 minute set from the 94th-floor observation deck in front of the beautiful Chicago skyline and 2.7 million of your most adoring fans.
A portion of every admission ticket sold that day will benefit Foundations Of Music, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hands-on music education for children in Chicago's under-resourced schools and communities.
The musicians chosen will get their BAR 94 tabs covered and an annual pass to 360 CHICAGO.
To enter, email a link to a sample of your music to music@360chicago.com. You must be free the evening of the 21st of June and be able to perform without a power connection. Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, June 13th.
Can't play but want to attend? Tickets to the observation deck are available online at 360chicago.com and at the door. Locals with a 606 zip code get 50% off General Admission tickets.
