Water Colors: Let Freedom Sing

Enjoy the "Let Freedom Sing," with Dee Alexander and Grazyna Auguscik.

The concert is a part of Water Colors presented by CIBC, a live jazz music series presented in partnership with the Jazz Institute of Chicago. Chicago vocalist Dee Alexander and Polish vocalist Grazyna Auguscik reflect on the meaning of freedom and love through the songs and music that have accompanied the freedom movements in both countries.  Alexander’s strong connection to the freedom movement in the United States is reflected in a collaborative body of work with Auguscik, whose lengthy career both here and in her native Poland have contributed to evolving her creative approach.
