Torali arugula salad: cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts, citrus vinaigrette

Yukon gold mascarpone whipped potatoes

Mac & cheese: garganelli pasta, smoked cheese, herb bread crumbs

Roasted brussels sprouts: caramelized pearl onions, calabrian chili
