Baptiste & Bottle brings a taste of Iceland to Chicago this April! There very own Executive Chef James Lintelmann has teamed up with renowned Nordic Chef George Arna Halldorsson's to create a specialty diner menu. Utilizing key Icelandic ingredients, the four-course prix fixe menu encourages guests to take a deep dive into the sustainability, tradition, and innovation of Iceland cuisine with Chicago's own influence.
