SideDoor, the eclectic gastropub and sister restaurant of Lawry’s The Prime Rib, partners with Solemn Oath Brewery for a paired beer dinner.
Alongside a five-course menu prepared by visiting Chef David Moldovan of SideDoor’s sister property in Corona del Mar, CA, guests will enjoy an assortment of drafts from the Naperville-based brewery. Solemn Oath offerings include Fun Sponge, Lü, Old Faithorn, plus two limited release beers: We Fear Change and Limousine of the Damned.
The event begins with a reception featuring passed bites of Smoked Salmon Blini. Dinner courses include a Burrata & Frisee Salad with pistachio and herb champagne vinaigrette; Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass with spring vegetables and romesco sauce; Tomato & Melon Gazpacho with macerated strawberries; Kurobuta Pork Cheeks with madras curry, fingerling potatoes, broccolini, and crispy pork rinds; and a PB&J with homemade peanut butter, jam, rye bread, and organic Straus milk.
*Tickets are $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and include five courses with Solemn Oath beer pairings.
