Noyane, which means hidden roof in Japanese, is a seasonal rooftop concept from the Conrad Chicago and World-Renowned Chef Richard Sandoval. Featuring stunning city views and contemporary Japanese cuisine, Noyane offers a Japanese gastro-pub inspired menu that has a focus on small plates, shareable snacks and approachable maki rolls. The beverage program consists of riffs on classic Japanese cocktails and highballs. Guests can quench their thirst with a wide selection of Japanese sakes, beers, and whiskys, while ordering from the sharable menu in an environment featuring a soothing aesthetic and Japanese décor. Anchored by a large central bar and a sculptural fire fixture at the northeast corner, Puccini Group designed the urban oasis to complement the restaurant’s awe-inspiring views of downtown Chicago. A bar-height fire pit table and various seating options offer a tailored, state-of-the-art environment for guests looking to dine or enjoy a cocktail high above the Magnificent Mile.
