This New Year’s Eve, River Roast (315 N. LaSalle St.) will host a cozy dinner celebration, nestled along the sparkling, wintry riverfront.
The a la carte menu will feature traditional roasts and chef specials including the shareable, specialty roast Tomahawk Steak, 32oz On The Bone Ribeye, 45 Day Aged, with Crispy Shoestring Fries, Pink Peppercorn Butter, carved tableside.
Libation specials include thermos cocktails: Campfire Chocolate, Mezcal, Cinnamon, Ancho Chili, Hot Chocolate; Golden Apple, Brown Butter Bourbon, Apple Cider, Demerara, Cinnamon; and Mulled Over, Red Wine, Brandy, Cranberry, Demerara. Also sip on the bubbly Pear Tree, Pear Vodka, St. Germain, Lemon, Ginger Syrup, Prosecco; the Snowbird, Tequila, Lime, Coconut, Orange Liqueur, Soda; or the Honey Bee, Gin, Honey, Lemon, Ginger, Framboise Lambic Float.
