The Signature Room will host its first rosé brunch on Saturday, July 21. Brunch goers can imbibe rosé from Moët & Chandon, Erath Winery, Charles Smith Band of Roses, and Smoke Tree Wines while enjoying a gourmet brunch buffet.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of sparking rosé and passed hors d’oeuvres including American Sturgeon Caviar with lemon chive crème fraîche and new potato, Baby Lamb Chopswith tomato chimichurri, and Artichoke Beignets. The buffet spread features an assortment of fresh seafood, seasonal salads, breakfast pastries, and other brunch favorites, such as Baked Brie in puff pastry with a strawberry rhubarb compote and Banana Bread Puddingwith a bourbon caramel sauce. Additionally, Executive Chef Cardel Reid mans a made-to-order chef station with customized Eggs Benedict. The brunch ends with a decadent dessert buffet and frosé.
