The Godfrey celebrates Halloween with the “Scariest Show on Earth” costume party and haunted house experience
The Godfrey Hotel Chicago welcomes guests to its fifth annual Haunted Hotel – a night of frightful fun in celebration of Halloween. I|O Godfrey, the hotel’s year-round fourth-floor rooftop lounge, hosts the “Scariest Show on Earth” – a circus of spooks and surprises, including themed food and drink, interactive shows, music, and more.
On The Godfrey’s fifth-floor, another set of horrors await inside hotel guestrooms inhabited by phantoms, fiends, and other fearful creatures. Guests at I|O Godfrey’s Haunted Hotel can explore the creepy haunts in each of the 20 guestrooms if they dare. This year’s scary scenes include a clown’s hideout, a doll-filled bedroom, and more. Guests can escape the scares on the “haunted” floor by taking refuge at I|O Godfrey with themed circus snacks and beverages, including a cotton candy cocktail, popcorn, and more.
The bravest guests can face The Godfrey’s magic and monsters past the witching hour by booking a hotel room with their Haunted Hotel ticket. Those who do so and attend I|O Godfrey’s Sunday brunch the next day in costume will receive a complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary with their meal.
