Whether you've got experience behind the bar or are just starting to understand the difference between shaking and stirring a drink, Beverage Director Ken Pritz is hosting classes for every level of cocktail lover. During class, you will learn cocktail history and fundamentals while sipping on the subject matter. Light snacks will also be provided.

Thursday, December 20: Holiday Punch Bowls
Thursday, January 10: How to Craft the Perfect Temperance Cocktail
Thursday, February 21: Whiskey Cocktails featuring our house selected private barrels
