Each evening Chef de Cuisine Jeff Vucko delivers an unforgettable four-course menu inspired by in-season local produce from the sustainable farmers market. This special menu is available to guests until ingredients run out. Ten percent of the menu's proceeds directly benefit the Green City Market, a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.
