Your local experience begins Saturday morning when you meet with Executive Chef Josh Hasho to plan your dinner for the evening. Following breakfast, you and Chef Josh will head to the Green City Farmer's Market in Lincoln Park. Chef Josh will assist you in picking out the freshest local ingredients for your dinner that evening. Once you arrive back at the Omni Chicago, Chef Josh will start preparing dinner for the evening. You can join the fun and help Chef in the kitchen or spend the rest of your afternoon how you please.
