Visit Z Bar for Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 21 complete with mimosa bar, classic brunch dishes with global flavors, and a grown up Easter egg hunt.
Z Bar kicks off its new Champagne-focused brunch on Easter Sunday, offering a bevy of sparkling beverage options that encourage interaction and customization.
Guests might be tempted to start with a magnum of Champagne, served tableside, then proceed to the standout feature of the new brunch: a kir and mimosa bar set up in Z Bar’s main lounge. There, they can top off their dream sparkling wine drink with any number of accoutrements, including juices, liqueurs and fresh fruit garnishes.
The beverage menu also will feature spritzes, specialty cocktails and coffee from Chicago micro-roaster Sparrow Coffee. On the food side, guests will enjoy classic brunch dishes with global flavors. Highlights include seasonal French toast, eggs Benedict and a playful spin on chicken and waffles.
Easter wouldn’t be complete without an egg hunt. In Z Bar style, this one is tailored to adults. Guests choose an egg when ordering a cocktail; inside each egg, they’ll find a handmade chocolate. In addition, a limited number of lucky guests will be treated to these special surprises: tickets for two to an upcoming Wanderlust cocktail class with Vlad Novikov, Z Bar’s Director of Cocktails and Culture; a complimentary experience at the Chocolate Bar in The Lobby; and a complimentary cocktail at Z Bar.
