Join us at Lincoln Park Zoo during your day off of school! Columbus Day Camp offers exciting learning opportunities for animal and nature lovers in prekindergarten – fourth grade. Each camp group will explore the zoo and participate in a variety of activities focused on animal diversity, environmental conservation and the ways Lincoln Park Zoo cares for animals at the zoo and conserves them in the wild.
At this year’s “Animal Underdogs” camp, participants will discover how often overlooked animals, such as the poison arrow frog, wield strange or hidden adaptations for surviving and thriving in the animal kingdom.
9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
After Care available from 3- 5 p.m. ($20 per child)
Grades prekindergarten – fourth grade (prekindergarten campers must be at least 4 years old by the start of the program)
