Travelle Kitchen + Bar partners with Tenzing—a wine and spirits company founded by Master Sommeliers Ken Fredrickson, Douglas Marello and Fernando Beteta—to present a weekly seminar featuring industry experts.” The interactive and educational “Cellar Series” events take place on Thursdays from October 26 – December 21 from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the restaurant’s Cellar Room. The seminars offer tastings of the featured spirits paired with complementary light bites from Chef Ricardo Jarquin.
