Join the museum's biggest summer event!
Our summer celebration of art and the city is back! On July 21, join with creative voices from across Chicagoland for the museum’s second annual Block Party. This year, we’re exploring the lives of things—examining how the meaning of an artwork or object changes over time—through workshops, performances, talks, tours, art making, and much more in and around the entire museum.
Block Party is free for members and $10 for Illinois residents with advance online registration.
That evening at 7:00, join us for a special ticketed concert by Jamila Woods.
