Your journey begins Saturday morning meeting with Executive Chef Joshua Hasho to plan your menu for dinner that evening. You will then be escorted in a luxury SUV from the hotel to the Chicago Helicopter Experience helipad. The fun beings when you and your guest hop aboard a 45 minute helicopter ride to Spence Farm where you will meet Farmer Marty and spend two hours picking your own herbs and produce for dinner that evening. After your time at Spence Farms, you will enjoy your 45 minute helicopter ride back to the city. Upon arrival at Omni Chicago, Chef Hasho will greet you and your produce from Spence Farms and start preparing dinner for the evening. You can join the fun and help Chef in the kitchen or spend the rest of your afternoon how you please.
