Let the team at Rick Bayless' Bar Sótano introduce you to the magic of pairing agave spirits with food.
In this first-of-its-kind event at Bar Sótano, we are bringing in some of our favorite producers for exclusive pours of their super-rare, artisanal distillates of raicilla, cometico, tuxca and mezcal.
Each pour will be paired with a perfectly matched bite created by Chef Rishi, while our amigos at Soulphonetics will be spinning vintage Latin jams all night.
Each ticket includes a welcome cocktail, generous tastes of agave spirits, food pairings and a mouthwatering spread of bar bites. Ticket price includes tax and tip.
