Formerly Spiaggia’s chef de cuisine, chef Lees draws inspiration from both his tenure at the storied restaurant and his extensive travels in Italy to build a culinary program grounded in robust preservation techniques and respect for the Midwest’s bounty.
In advance of the winter solstice, Greens will enjoy a festive family-style feast featuring produce from Mick Klug Farm in St. Joseph, Michigan, and wine selections from sommelier Rachael Lowe.
