In celebration of the second annual Chicago a la carte,  patrons of Café des Architectes can taste the flavors of Lyon by ordering a prix fixe menu featuring classic Lyon dishes and wine from around the region. The choice to celebrate the French Capital of Gastronomy, Lyon, was an easy choice for Café des Architectes’ Executive Chef Greg Biggers. Not only because Chef Greg Biggers has studied in Lyon at l’Institut Paul Bocuse but because Lyon holds some of the richest gastronomical history of anywhere in the world.
