    Lights Festival Lane
    Visitors stopped by the big BMO Harris Bank tent to be part of the Community Art Project in appreciation and acknowledgement of the city of Chicago. They painted a small tile to be a part of something big.

    The 10x24’ mural, composed of 2,500 individually painted tiles, remained on display in Pioneer Court (401 N. Michigan Avenue) during the month of December.

    John Hancock Center Plaza
    The BMO Harris Bank Board Game Tent in John Hancock Center Plaza offered endless prizes and activities all day. ESPN Radio talent hosted a life-sized board game where kids can learned helpful steps about managing their money.

    Parade
    BMO Harris Bank presented a variety of elements, including a doubledecker bus, a sneak peek of the Community Art Project and a float full of mascots waving hello to the crowd. A helium-filled Hubert the Lion balloon sailed down the parade route in style!

    Parade
    Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse lead the parade down Michigan Avenue illuminating more than one million lights on 200 trees to kick off the holiday season! Plus, their friends from Walt Disney World® came cruising down the route in double decker buses and on floats. Chip ‘n’ Dale, Goofy, Pluto, Donald and Daisy were all part of the fun!

    Guests received a complimentary treat size bag of The Chicago Mix at the Garrett Popcorn Shops® booth and a warm cup of delicious CaramelCrisp• Apple Cider for just $2 per cup (of which 100% was donated to Lurie Children's Hospital Heroes for Life).

    And NEW in 2013, SHARE THE MEMORIES at the Garrett photo kiosk. Friends and family climbed aboard our "Garrett Float" to have their picture taken as they waved to adoring fans along The Magnificent Mile, then shared instantly on Facebook or by email!

    Parade
    The Garrett Popcorn Shops holiday float was entitled, “Tins the Season, To Share the Love”. The float's Signature Stripes guaranteed Garrett! Dressed in holiday style, the float featured a 20-foot tall, Red and Green striped Signature tin.

    On board, the chefs cooked their secret family recipe for CaramelCrisp® in old-fashioned copper kettles, the same way they do in Shops throughout each day. Mmm, along the route, you could smell that enticing aroma and watch as fluffy clouds of gourmet popcorn fell from the sky. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

    Plus, Garrett team members shared bags of their famous Chicago Mix alongside the float.
